[Dailydrool] The Economy and Momperson needs DIY advice.

First of all, my heart and prayers go out to all of the hurting hounds and
their slaves.  I am so very grateful for the joy that Doc (ATB) brought to
my life and I adore my boys Charley and Connor.  Some time last year I said
what sweet boys they were and I now take that back.  They ate the leather
recliner because we came home late and Charley is learning to Counter
surf!

Anyway-  Charley has a bad rash? blackish redish area under his armpits and
on the fur of his pee pee.  I think it is allergies and I can't afford to
have him tested right now.  Does any have any home remedies I might try?
Sometimes he bites at his paws and acts itchy but mostly he is pretty calm
but his skin is really red on his tummy area and I know that must be
uncomfortable.
