[Dailydrool] Tinkerbelle and Daisy

Hi everyone!

    Well, Tinkerbelle and Daisy had surgery today. The tumor in Tink's mouth was removed completely with clean margins (even underneath). The vetlady was very pleased with the outcome and Tink is recovering well (she will be 12 July 1st). Daisy had her spay surgery and hernia repair. Vetlady said her uterus was the longest she had ever seen on any dog. She also said the when the uterus was out, the hernia was gone - it was the right horn of her uterus that was protruding through the hole in the muscle wall. All she had to do then was suture the hole shut. Daisy also is doing well after surgery. We are so relieved that both girls are fine and will come home tomorrow.
