[Dailydrool] Need advice about a shedding issue

Hello everyone!!!!
    I am a lurker who needs a little help with shedding issues.  Ziggy is 4 yrs. old and this year the shedding is atrocious.  I have never seen him shed like this.  During the winter he began to develop curly hair on the top of his back right above the base of the tail and behind the back legs.  The issue I am having is that he is shedding big clumps of fur in this area, the tail and on his sides right in front of the back legs.  I checked his skin which is a light pink in this area, but the front legs are red and he is not licking them too much.  I gave him a bath on tuesday.  I brushed him before the back, after the bath, and after he dried.  there is plenty of hair to make another Ziggy!!! Is anyone else having these issues? I live in ne ohio and if anyone can give any advice it is very much appreciated.  thank you and have a great day!!
