[Dailydrool] Rescue Needs Help!!

Western Missouri Basset Rescue needs help!! There is a ten year old Basset in OFallon  Missouri who has health issues and is currently being fed Ol Roy dog food because his master cannot afford to take care of him any longer. We will take him but need transport from OFallon, (which is just outside of St. Louis Missouri ) to Kansas City. This poor boy has infected anal glands, has not been nuetered, gets bloat frequently, and most probably has heartworm since he has never been given preventative.
