Drool for all sick bassets and thanks to Elmo, Pauline, Gracie and Becely? from Woodstock
for the lovely card.  It's been over a month and although I now can talk about her without bursting
into tears most of the time it sure isn't easy. Thank all of you for the cards and support - for me it was so hard cuz although she was dying but still fighting to stay. Usually my animals are at the death's door stage and she almost was but I know it was best for her to be at her favorite vets and staff and they treated her like a Queen. Disrupted the whole office schedule.
And thank you all for the donations in her name to Daphneyland.

And Bill Propper and his left behind masters - at least he has some waiting for him
ATB including Miss Becky the notorious flirt.  She will bug him for sure. It of course will be hard for the ones left behind but I do think they understand. My brother once said something that actually
made sense for a change - 'It's the living that suffer'. And the Beatles' quote John -0noone
is really dead until nobody thinks of them anymore'. John Lennon?
And food agression  Once the old Airedale and Dazey basset was top dog) had a fight over one
potatoe chip. Apollo bit Dazey on the ear and wow do those ears bleed and I now
forget who got the chip.

And Hannah ATB rest assured I know how you feel but we have to let them
come first. Drool and prayers.  Bassets (all dogs) usually make such an impact on
our lives we are different after they go to THE BRIDGE!
