Thanks, Marilyn, for the very informative article. It clears up something I
had wondered about-- to wit: ALL my dogs need to be vaccinated, because two
of them (and myself) are around dogs who,in all likelihood, have not been
vaccinated. My understanding had been (and is incorrect) that it had to be
spread by close contact.
