[Dailydrool] Prednisone

Prednisone is used for a lot of things at a lot of doses.  for major
boo-boos like when Levi blew a disk in his neck, he was started on 60 Mg
and rapidly tapered down.  When Winfield went down in the rear he was
started on 15 mg, then up to 25.  Usually, a larger dose is started,
follwed by tapering down to a small dose, like 5 mg every other day. 
For skin itchies, I wouldn't start any higher than 20 mg followed by a
rapid taper down to the 5 mg every other day.
