both links describe the issue as failing to comply with current good
manufacturing practices.  This could be bugs in the packaging to failure to
properly control contents of the pills/drugs at any level.

If anyone wants to be kept abreast of recalls and the like, the FDA site has
RSS feeds (great with Google's reader) and email alerts for recalls, etc..
both really good sources for info!

Long story short, they contacted the 
manufacturer and learned that the FDA has shut them down.  No reason as 
of yet as to why they have been shut down, just shut down, out of 
production.
