[Dailydrool] new baby girl!!

So, my husband came home yesterday with a beautiful but very skinny  red and white female puppy, 16 weeks old.  He saw an ad in a local paper, people were selling her, and I had briefly mentioned how I would like to have a red and white dog next time. We have a 13 year old tri-colored male, who is really not sure what is going on. We recently lost our 12 year old male.

We haven't done puppy for quite some time!!  I am 12 years older!!  anyway, she is very thin, but has very nice color and fur.  The vet did a once over and said she looks fine. She seems  to have a lovely temperament, she hasn't been skittish at all. She eats and does all of her personal business, mostly outside!!  And best of all, she slept all night in the crate , in our bedroom!!  Yeah!! The towels were slightly damp in one spot, but she did real well. I do believe she just may be a keeper!!!! We have yet to name her, I am leaning towards Sophie. My boys name is Oscar!  Something about old mens names!!
