[Dailydrool] Flat Bassett

I'm enjoying the discussion of the Flat Bassett phenomenon. Our 63-lb
lowrider, Bobo, also freezes in his tracks at will. We've dubbed the
behavior "throwing anchor" and it is extremely inconvenient. Trying to tug
him back into action is like trying to uproot a tree stump using a collar
and a leash. I'd try the sausage solution but he would probably become so
fixated on the presence of the sausage he'd never go for the walk in the
first place. We usually just end up waiting him out. The spirit moves him
eventually.
