[Dailydrool] I learned so much today

My boy Oliver is now my shining knightly angel, sitting at my feet, and
poised to pounce on me with immortal kisses. At the beginning I felt that
God had wrenched him from my soul. At the end I realized he had merely been
promoted.

As proof my son offered me and my wife the most amazing sunset and a night
sky unmatched since it was created. I have never seen so many stars.

We had a wonderful funeral, thanks to smart phone  its all on film.

And as sure as this email is going to all of you, my son is sitting here
smiling, pain/extreme allergy free watching me cry buckets of joy for him
and sadness for me that I will not smell Pomegranate shampoo on his head or
kiss that ridiculously impertinent nosey for a long time.

Before we wrapped him in his Tigger shirt I wrote the customary ancient
markings of my family on his head and neck so that God would know who was
coming across the Bridge, a child of Jesus and my son.

In heaven I am assured there were parades and meat-fests galore for him.
