[Dailydrool] Dosage for Clindamycin for Teeth

Hi All, we decided to go the route of the 1 week a month antibotic of Clindamycin (I have 300 mg tabs) I cannot run the risk of anethesia in a 14+ dog and there are no vets in my area that do anethesia free dentals. so:
MY QUESTION: What Dosage?  Harrison weighs 52 lbs.
