[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

I'm moving so I haven't been able to post a lot but I noticed Daphneyland
(Basset Rescue Network) has fallen off the top 10 CA rescues list.  This
challenge is for money for the rescues, it costs nothing to vote, and the
site will even send you daily reminders.
