[Dailydrool] Our fosters and good news!

We are happy to announce that Isabelle from the GGBR 61 basset rescue and my foster girl has a new Furever family!  Isabelle was adopted yesterday!  WooHoo!  Bill and Kim are wonderful and I invited them to join the Drool.  Isabelle is to become a Daddy's girl.  When they were in the truck ready to go, Isabelle stood up from her nice comfy bed in the back and put her feet on the console.  She looked so happy!  

I think of Isabelle as another Phoenix.  She went from a neglected puppy producer to living the good life.  Her future holds a family that will love her (especially her DaddySlave) and will be a traveling girl as she joins her family on vacations.  I can't wait to see how much more she blossoms in the coming months.

In other news we have a new foster gal now named Anya.  She joins the ranks of the fosters that have been saved from death row.   Though not overweight she is a big smoochy red and white gal that I guess to be about 6-7 yrs old.  She is a good girl but has a little anxiety at night.  Thank goodness for lavender, the dog music CD's and a hot water bottle that now lets both of us sleep at night.

The house is a busy place lately with so many hounds.  Please know that we have been sending drool and prayers for all the sick houndies and humans even thought we may not write.
