[Dailydrool] Mice:the sequel

Words to freeze the marrow of ones bones, "Hey Mom, Loki caught a mouse."  Loki is the indoor cat, ergo the mouse had to be indoors, perhaps one of the other 2 indoor/outdoor cats brought it in,  Yeah, right.  Days pass, no more mouse until DH says "Hey look, Loki has another mouse"  Swiftly Loki is apprehended and taken to the deck where mouse is forcefully removed from mouth, stupid thing jumps off table into the midst of exuberent, hopeful bassets, it is dark, one hopes mouse scampers away or throws itself off deck.  Loki glowers at me, that was HIS mouse afterall.  Do we have Return of the Mice or Mouse in House II?  I am hoping the cold forced only the 2 more adventurous rodents in the house and the rest prefer the saftey of the chilly but safe mouse holes.  I do not need a replay of the mouse horde.  I hope the bassets did not eat it.  Sue K
