[Dailydrool] Rescue People vs Breeders

"Does anyone out there think there is a difference between Basset rescue people and Basset breeders?"

Could you be more specific:

Puppy Mills Breeders
Back yard breeders, who breed for money
Breeders who have litter because they don't believe in spaying/neutering
People who think their female has to have one litter to be a "good dog"
Breeders who breed dogs with structural defects or personalities that will be passed on to the pups.
Show breeders who dump their non show quality in shelters, or give away unspayed/neutered.
Responsible breeders, that spay/neuter before placement or have contract and enforce or those that don't enforce
Responsible breeders that take their pups back 


Rescues that don't spay/neuter, health check, vaccinate
Rescues don't spend the time to match the dog with the adoptive family
Rescues who's area is suburban that don't require a fence yard.
Rescues in major cities where most people live in apartments who require fenced yards.
Rescues that sells you a dog, no medical records, no history, no guidance, no return
Some rescue are big and have many foster homes and volunteers, 
Some rescues are small without foster homes and few volunteers
The perfect responsible rescues 

The list could go on and on...  You cannot group all rescue people vs all breeders!
