There are a number of drugs that work well when combined with behavior modification.  The combination of drug with behavior modification is essential in most cases, which is why these type of cases are almost always referred to veterinary behaviorists who will assure follow through on both fronts.  Cases that respond well are aggression, severe separation anxiety and any obsessive/compulsive behaviors that cause damage.
