Sounds like it's more likely a problem with the optic nerve since she's blind in both eyes, it was sudden and the vet doesn't see any structural problem with the eyes I guess.  Maybe veterinary ophthmologist or neurologist would be a good next stop.  Since it was acute perhaps it will be somewhat reversible?  Good luck :)

PS Intraocular pressures about 21 mmHg are suspect for glaucoma.
