[Dailydrool] weeds and vinegar

I can't seem to find the information that someone posted about using vinegar
to kill grass and weeds coming up between patio blocks on a walkway.  Do you
use it full strength or diluted?  Anyone have any suggestions on natural
remedies to keep those damn Japanese beetles from eating my entire garden??
