Hi five, Laura!

I am past my eyeballs in excuses people have/give as to why they have to
relinquish their 13 yr old basset which they have had from a pup.   Their
excuses/reasons are just meant to give them some sort of rationalization to
ease their conscience.  I am too blunt to help ease their minds much.
