[Dailydrool] Ohio Basset Rescues

I have a question for the Ohio Basset Rescue. I know that you are up to your eyeballs in homeless hounds, vet bills and other expenses.  But has OBR or any other organization rescued those beautiful bassets  and bloodhound that were left in the dog park in Dayton Ohio?
