[Dailydrool] SOD / Boswellia

Could someone explain what SOD & Boswellia is & how it works.
A friend of mine has a basset who limps more times than not & the vet said
he couldn't find anything wrong either upon examining or with ex-rays.  He said
he probably just runs & plays hard with the other basset.
He's a year old & his brudder is 11 months old.
