My Gabe was the same – limp (severely in his case) for no reason that the
vet could find.  He was eventually diagnosed with pano, which they
supposedly outgrow by the age of around 2.  Gabe was so bad that he drug
back leg behind him and got to where he wouldn’t eat.  Vet put him thru a
course of Derramax and it helped tremendously.  Limp came right back so we
did a second course of Derramax and so far he has been fine since without
any medication.
