[Dailydrool] Potty breaks

When you go tracking you are supposed to potty your dog before you run your
track, however there is no penalty for dogs that take a potty break while
tracking, so long as they continue tracking immediately after.
I would say about half the time, whether I have walked the dogs before
tracking and had them "go" or not, they pee while tracking.
