[Dailydrool] dog days of summer

...and it isn't even officially summer yet. Here in Texas, we have already
hit 100, and most other days have been over 90 for the past few weeks. My
boys get limited outdoor time, which they usually spend sunbathing. They get
ice cubes in their water dishes and the occasional frozen kong treat, and we
don't go to the dog park until the late evening.

This website ( http://www.mydogiscool.com ) has some fantastic information
about how to get the word out about leaving dogs in cars. There is also a
flier you can print or order and leave on the windshields of offenders.
