If it helps, Whole Dog Journal's February 2010 issue has Blue Buffalo listed 
as not making their own food, but is on their recommended list.  It has them 
down as mostly CJ Foods. Every year WDJ puts out a list of dry foods they 
approve of. The companies must meet certain criteria to be on the list which 
includes where you manufacture your product.

Blue Buffalo does not manufacture its own food products. Blue is made by 
Chenango Valley Pets Foods in Sherburne, NY, CJ Foods in Bern, KS, Dad's Pet 
Care in Meadville,PA and Triple T Foods in Frontenac, KS.

Procter & Gamble bought out Natura, makers of California Natural, Evo, 
Karma, & Innova.  We are not happy about that.
