[Dailydrool] Bassets expensive comment

I think Basset owners are more in tune with their hounds and take them to
the vet more often than owners of mixed breeds, and others.  Maybe there is
a lot more data on basset hounds.  Other breeds are left in backyards and
ride in the back of trucks.  I know people of live on farms and love their
dogs but would never dream of taking them to the vet if they got sick. Just
a thought
