[Dailydrool] Malaseb

Malaseb is still obtainable in the UK but only with a  vet's prescription. 
Don't know whether a non UK script would be acceptable but  it is maybe 
worth a try. It is quite expensive; the equivalent of $20 for 250  mls. and 
shipping would be mega expensive.
