Momma here. I had to laugh--like a doggie speed it was 
reported----nope, my personal opinion is that they feel so good they 
can do doggie things they have wanted to do for a long time. As I look 
back over the years--before using the SOD, I spent enough to power a 
full rescue group on Derramaxx. Rimadyl, and all the others trying my 
best to help my hounds. I watched and felt the pain as Elder Clara 
would try to get up and her legs were stiff, her face showed how she 
felt. There were days when the back leg would just go out from under 
her, and I wondered how much time we were going to have together as she 
pulled herself up. Then Elwood has the osteo arthritis----
Now, I watch and laugh at them, having fun, chasing thru the house, 
even Elder Clara has tried to play with the boys--they stood there 
shocked as she smacked them with the snooter and danced about--( I did 
too--I could not believe this one).
I can only share what has happened here, I am sure it might not be for 
every hound, but considering the sucess we are hearing and the 
price----for this gang its a winner!!!!
If you are using the Rimadyl or others---give this a thought--
