[Dailydrool] Smelly Hounds.

For the hound smell try bathing your hound  in  a good cleansing shampoo I 
recommend D-basic and then a second wash with Chlorahexiderm shampoo which 
helps kill the yeast bacteria, that bassets and other hounds are prone to. 
Leave this on for 10 minutes.which is a long time with a wet soapy hound. 
You can get this from a vet or from Dr. Fosters and Smith website.  Hounds 
are prone to skin yeast infections.
Oh yeah.If your hound has a yeasty smell then you will defiantly want to use 
the D-Basic and chlorahexiderm shampoos and After petting them you want to 
make sure that you wash your hands, (especially before you go to the 
bathroom) if they has a yeast infection then it could spread to you as well.
