[Dailydrool] Vet client question

My sister works at a vet clinic that is associated with a local humane
society (which is also separate entity from animal control).  A lot of
people think that it's a free clinic since it's the humane society.  They
admit that it's their animal but they don't understand why they have to pay
for vet services.
