My boy Diamond had a hematoma in his ear. After the surgery they wanted him
in an e-collar for 21 days. Yeah, sure. I made a rather tight fitting heavy
duty snood. I positioned the stitched ear up over the top of his head and
avoided all the drool and goop and yeasty crud from living under his chin
for 3 weeks. You might want to make 2 so you can switch them and clean them
often. This worked very well.
