We are glad you are ok, Conley.  Try not to worry your momma.  

 

We are all our lazy old selves here.  My computer screen decided to die last week so I borrowed one and managed to get either a virus or a scam so it is all locked up.  I am now using the DH's and hope nothing happens to it.  He would not be amused.  

 

Ruth, we are so glad you are doing ok and hope you an Ms. Beasley will be playing and cuddling just like always.  

 

We had a kitty adventure yesterday.  Davinci loves to escape outside now every chance he gets and gets under bushes and anything difficult to get him out of.  He was out most of the day and when we came home from running some errands last night, there he was laying on the side of the road.  The DH slammed on the brakes and jumped out, thinking he had been hit.  He was just basking in the street light or something.  It took two silly looking adults with flashlights and one teenager another hour to get him in.  He is such a pip.  Not really basset related but he gets out because some bassets--Shelby--are so slow when going out or coming in.  Davinci is fast and just darts out.  We haven't come up with a fix yet except to hold him while opening an closing the door.  This makes for one very unhappy kitty.  Maybe it is a basset plot to be rid of him.  They don't hate each other but there is no love either.  

 

We hope everyone enjoyed the waddle and are able to get home safe and sound.
