Out on the road in the dark and rainy night I found what I thought was a golden lab puppy.
She was near hit by a car
This puppy was loaded with fleas, ticks, dirty and starving..
I brought her in.. gave her a nice warm bath with flea and tick shampoo, fed her and gave her a warm bed.
I posted ads everywhere the next morning .. radio , facebook.
called the police, animal control, spca, radio stations, no one has claimed her.
Apparently under our law after 3 days of no claim I cam legally allowed to keep her.
This morning we took her to the Vet.. no chips, no tatoos,
was not spayed and we got her and our dogs an dose of revolution to be done again in 30 and then 60 days
She is 30 pounds and about a year and half old. Best part
They think she is a lab basset mix .... tooo funny because Daisy is basset
Rex a lab and now a lil lab basset mix.
My son named her Rose., because she followed and stalked him from day 1 like Rose on
2 and a half men.
Rose will always look like this little puppy.
We bought her a new collar, leash, got her tagged here in town and are praying the orgional owners that 
left her this dirty and flea ticked never try and reclaim her.
Rex and Daisy have accepted her as their sister and are very happy.

So we here at the House of the Hilarious Hounds have a new addition.
Rose the lab / basset mix.. short like a basset face like a golden lab and we are
in love and very happy

Oh Miss Rose will be going for a spay as soon as we can make sure she is not preggers....
