Shannon, you need to send Marlene over to take care of your idiot neighbor. Is he deliberately poisoning your dogs? Or just an idiot who has no clue what is edible for dogs? I would, seriously, talk to the police about it. Maybe a visit from them would help to get the jerk to stop giving "food" to your dogs.

This stuff is way too scary!
