[Dailydrool] Is Stinky Flew Syndrome the same as Lip Fold Pyoderma? and other questions

how soon should the antibiotics work?  I am using the Hibiscrub, Morse not 
impressed.
also researched it and other remedies apparently include Apple Cider Vinegar and 
powder to keep the area dry (any idea what sort of powder? they recommended 
Thornit,but that's a canker powder?)
