[Dailydrool] kidney failure

Just this last week my 5 year old Barnaby has a chronique kidney failure.    He has been at the vets for the past four days and she says he hasn't much time left to live so I have brought him home to his comfy bed and let him choose to go to the bridge if he wants to.   Goodness only five years old - it is too soon.   Would anyone have any miracle formula for this?
