I was just in a local shelter on my lunch hour and a beautiful tri Basset Boy was brought in. He was an owner surrender because "the child kept annoying him". Sound familiar? Well listen to this - he just adopted the Basset 4 DAYS AGO from a rescue!!!!! I  advised them that he would have to go back to the rescue, of which they were aware. I hope this "adopter" will be on the top of every rescue's s*** list and not on DO NOT ADOPT TO THIS PERSON EVER list at all.GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!
