[Dailydrool] The joys of hounds

As most of us on the mideast coast can attest we have had 3 days of rain, some so heavy that it washed out roads. Normally, I love listening to the rain but Sun am the ex got up, fed the bassets and walked them in a downpour. Of course, the usual happened and a soaking wet Loki and Jordan jumped in bed with me and "dried" themselves on me. I asked what possessed him to walk them in the rain and he didn't answer. Mon am, same thing and same wet bassets joining me in bed. Fortunately the rain seems to have left us for a while so I can stop being a dog towel.
