[Dailydrool] Ohio Bassetfest

It's only a few weeks until Ohio Basset Rescue's Bassetfest. The date is September 17 from 11am-4pm at the beautiful Companion Club Dog Park. The park has 11 fenced acres and a pond as well as agility equipment in case you have one of those athletic hounds. You can check it out at www.columbusdogpark.com. where you can get info about the park and directions.Our old guy Dozer is not as spry as in the past but he does enjoy running through the tunnel! 
There will be an auction as well as lots of cool merchandise for sale, games for the hounds and a refreshment area. We will also be having a fashion show this year so bring along your hounds favorite outfit and compete for one of the top three best dressed. OBR is again happy to announce that Pet Communicator Donetta Zimmerman will be coming and will be reading your pet in exchange for a donation to Ohio Basset Rescue.
Rooms have been reserved at The Drury Inn and Suites in Dublin, Ohio. The hotel is of course pet friendly and offers a free manager's reception in the evening as well as a free breakfast. For info about reserving a room please check out OBR's website under Bassetfest or contact me offline.
