Western Missouri Basset Rescue was given a donation of a beautiful handmade 
quilt from Claudia O'Neil it is so colorful and has cute doggies all over 
it. We are wanting to do a raffle to raise money to get Tinkerbelles teeth 
cleaned, she has an abcessed tooth and needs a good cleaning. Also, Happy 
has som cysts that need to be removed. We are hoping the proceeds help us to 
get these two Bassets vetted. I have never done a raffle could someone give 
me some pointers?
