[Dailydrool] how much milk thistle

Can someone tell me please, how much milk thistle is good for  liver 
function, to help with not getting side affects from the deramaxx? I  remember 
using thistle on another dog, and it really helped alot. Help?   thank you 
ahead of time, sure do need this group!!  Bless each and every  one of you, and 
your furbabies!
