[Dailydrool] Next Rescue Challenge and a question concerning it.

I would love Chris Bly's Western Missouri Basset Rescue to  win the shelter
challenge but there's a big obstacle in their way - Stray Rescue of St.
Louis.  They have thousands of supporters so WMBR wouldn't stand a chance to
win.
