>From high atop Mt. OEBE in Northern Arkansas, we  would like to say 
"Congratulations" to Ozark Mountain Basset Rescue and a big  thanks to all the 
Droolers who voted.  Ozark does a tremendous job saving  Bassets and, until you 
drive in this part of the country and see signs on  virtually every rural 
road that say "Pups for Sale", the number of puppy  mills can't be realized.
