We, too, just took our dogs to the vet to be boarded.  We're leaving to go 
to Ireland for a week.  Baxter and Cleo will be in pens that face each 
other.  Bax is almost 14 so his attitude is "whatever."  Baby Cleo will be 
the one going nuts...last time we boarded them she came home hoarse from 
barking!  Took her about a week to get her bark back!  And did she ever 
punish us--pout, sulk, "the look", you name it!!!  Your babies will be fine, 
Dale.  Enjoy your trip!
