Momma here--and ask me if we are itching here at the Beach. I own a special basset.Or should I say he owns me.
The Brudder Elwood is a Lick-O-Holic.
He is enough to drive a semi sane person right over the edge. From the time he opens the peepers until they close, he is licking. Mostly his feet----but he will switch up, find a human leg, a blanket, the couch, the floor, on occasion, the cabiniets. He is obsessed--But those feet of his-----
Go ahead--ask me if I have examined his feet for hotspots.
Go ahead........HA!
Never looked. Those ever famous toebones are not to be touched. But I worry----so I did the human thing. I gave him 4 composure to see if I could "knock him down" enough for me to take a peek. That didnt work, he was more alert than ever.
Brudder Jake--he is a "ground pounder" when he scratches-
Add both of them at the same time, and right over the edge here.

They all had a double scrubbing bath this weekend. The girls are fine, the boys are awful.
