[Dailydrool] Hastings-Diagnosis

Thanks to all that came to mine and Hastings' rescue.  Upon your collective
advise, I took Hastings to the vet right away.  He has a "damaged disc".
 Doctor says he should lose 5 lbs, rest, avoid any climbing and jarring
motion.  He's on pain meds for now but if anyone has had experience with
treating damaged discs, please share your thoughts.  Mahalo,
