[Dailydrool] Is this a beagle?!?!?

So, my local news station had a Westminster slide show, pointing out which
groups of dogs have one how many times.  Slide 13 of 15 is of the hound
group, and the caption claims it's a Beagle.  Well, look at those ears!  I
could be wrong, but this looks like a basset hound to me.

Brenda- Momslave to Baxter, Elphaba, Copper (ATB) and Aeryn (ATB- who at 98
lbs slim had a woman stop on the street once and say to her, "Oh, you're
the biggest beagle I've ever seen."
