[Dailydrool] Repentant Dog Mama and Pet Peeves at Vet

Dis be Carlie Jane. I be 13 and a fine lookin woooman. I jus got home from the vetspital and my mama feel soooooo bad, I cud probly ask for steak and she mek it fur me. I went las night to get my yearly and da vet say hur gums are red. My mama sed I hates my teeth be brushed. Now I do admit I hates it, but my mama bigger dan me, and she wurk at the vetspital so she shuld kinda know how to get around dat. But my mama jus lazy. So today I go's back for a dental. Dat was a surprize to me, mama didn't decide to do dat until I was out of the room. HHHHmmmmmppph! Anyway I had a hole in my biggest tooth so it's gone. I don't know ware it went. I woke up, it's gone. HHHHmmmmph!  And surprize, surprize, I had two draining fistulas in the roof of my beeyoutiful mouth. When they flushed the one out, water ran outta my little bitty nose. No one knows why I got them, but now they're stiched up. HHHmmmmphhh! And peeepul wonder why I'm cranky. Sumbudy sed I remind
 them of an old lady yelling at kids to stay off her grass! Dey outta try havin holes in the roof of dere mouf! Oh well, I'm home and I's still beeeyoooutiful. Just sleepy, sleepy. 
This is Mama here and I swear besides red gums, Carlie Jane never gave any indication of any problem besides being cranky. And that was just with the other dogs when they all got to playing, never with a human. I just figured she'd had it with the playing. She ate great, didn't smell, nothin. Her last dental was two years ago. It just goes to show that you can't really tell everything that's going on in a dog's mouth until they're snoozing and you can take a good look. AND my pet peeve about people that take their pets to the vet are not only the ones who come in on the long flexileads so they can go nose to nose with god knows what, there are actually people who don't feel they need a leash at all. They think it's a little dog so what can he do. Well, he can walk right into another dog's mouth! Kinda like a squeaky toy! Oh well, just vented a little bit.
I'm gonna go eat something fattening.
