Hi, just a quick note for the Kansas City metro area folks:  Basset & Beagle Rescue of the Heartland is approved to participate in the Brookside (MO) St.Pats Parade!  ANYbody and ANY friendly dog is welcome to walk with us in the parade (free of course).  Afterwards we'll have a Hounds-Welcome ShinDig $10 dinner fundraiser at the Rosedale Masonic Lodge in Merriam KS (same place we had Souper Bingo).  You can attend both or one/other events, no pressure. :-)
